Service description
Botomate is a customer communication platform that lets businesses connect messaging channels and manage conversations in a shared inbox, with optional automation.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for your account, for the people you invite, and for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information and have the authority to connect the accounts you link.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Botomate for spam, unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Follow the terms and policies of every platform you connect, including Meta, TikTok and Zalo.
Third-party integrations
Integrations depend on third-party platforms. Their availability, features and rules can change, and may require their approval. We are not responsible for changes or outages on those platforms.
Data responsibility
You are responsible for the content you send and for having a lawful basis to process your customers’ messages. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep Botomate available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or change features.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Botomate is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. {{legal review}}
Termination
You may stop using Botomate and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
